The Oracle Mobile Associate app empowers your mobile associates to fully engage with your end s via digital channels such as voice, video, SMS, screen share and annotations.

Associates can receive engagements on their mobile device even when they have the app in the background or when their device is locked. Once logged in, associates can manage their queue and availability status. They can review end ’s real-time context before accepting the incoming engagement and effectively engage them on the right channel.
